BROC LOGAN
Broc Logan has always had a love for art. He started drawing in high school to help him escape the struggles of everyday life. The school recognized his talents and had him paint school mascot murals around the school. He was recognized by the Des Moines Register and they did an article about him when he was just 17 years old. Life changed quickly and he had his first child at 19. A blessing, of course, but it put his love for art on the back burner for a while. He started a long career working as a manager at Menards, then proceeded to work for the State of Iowa at the Woodward Resource Center for about 10 years. He decided to go back to his roots and pursue a career in art at the age of 30. He taught himself how to tattoo and started working at All Day Tattoo in Clive. He was there for 4 years when he decided to team up with a good friend and fellow artist, Michael Getz, and open their own dream shop Legacy Tattoo and Art Co in Grimes. Broc excels with color work, but loves tattooing every style and is always up for a challenge. He also loves to work with many types of mediums, including, painting, woodworking, airbrushing, sculpting, and digital art. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, working on vehicles, playing video games, and watching movies/tv shows.
